Circular Communities Scotland is pleased to share our Reuse Consortium’s 2024-2025 Impact Report.
As always, the Reuse Consortium has worked this past year to ensure our services are of meaningful benefit to our hard-working members and conscientious buyers.
From April 2024 – March 2025, the Reuse Consortium has:
- Provided reuse furniture at affordable prices to: eight local authorities, one university and one housing association.
- Reused 6607 items of furniture.
- Supported 3368 low-income households.
- Diverted 284,050kg of waste from landfill.
- Saved 761.83 tonnes of CO2.
- Maintained 23 local jobs.
- Facilitated purchases of a total of £911,578 for local social enterprises.
- Saved approximately £361,307 of buyers budgets over buying new.
