The Circular Communities Scotland team would like to extend a huge thank you to our members, stakeholders and other representatives from the sector for joining us at our 2025 Annual Conference ‘Building Capacity for Sustainable Communities’ and contributing to it’s success.
Hosted at the RADDISON BLU Hotel in Glasgow on November 12th, our 2025 Annual Conference and Exhibition welcomed our members, partners, key industry speakers and suppliers to the sector to come together and network.
Address from Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Climate Action Gillian Martin MSP
Due to scheduling conflicts with United Nations Climate Change Conference, MSP Gillian Martin, Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Climate Action, presented a recorded message to those attending our Annual Conference, noting the meaningful and considerable contribution our members have made to Scotland’s circular economy and communities across the country this year.
Building Capacity for Sustainable Communities & our 2025 Impact Report
Our theme of ‘Building Capacity for Sustainable Communities’ is all about listening to our members, learning from their expertise, and supporting them to do even more of what they do best. Explore our 2025 Impact Report of the same name to discover some incredible statistics about tonnages saved from landfill, and social value added to our economy, as well as case studies from some of our members, demonstrating the contributions they make to their communities, including New Start Highland, Remake Scotland, Fresh Start and CAN Arts of Sculpture Group PLC.
