DESCRIPTION:Circular Communities Scotland is pleased to invite our members, supporter members and interested parties to our second Members Policy Briefing of 2024.\nThe Members Policy Briefing: The Circular Economy Bill at Stage 2 – Next Steps will take place via Zoom on Wednesday 13 March 2024, 2pm to 3.15pm.\nThis is an opportunity for our members and stakeholders to join us for a discussion around the Circular Economy Bill as it moves through the Scottish Parliament, around how it might be strengthened.\nThe Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee considered Scotland’s Circular Economy Bill and has now published a Stage 1 Report on the general principles of the Bill. At the forum we will briefly review the Stage 1 Report and have an open discussion about the Bill – what support, what is missing and what do we feel is needed to strengthen it.\nPlease refer to the agenda for more information and register for the briefing using this link.\n
